Asked the Commission to give the project close scrutiny, noting homes 54 feet away, Fletcher Elementary's 500 students, and hundreds of projected daily truck trips; said neighbors will return for the hearing.

A homeowner and mother whose children sleep near Glassell and attend school nearby, she begged the Commission to consider diesel exhaust effects on children, noting her youngest has compromised lungs from RSV.
